Refund and Returns Policy

At ixpkey, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality digital products and ensuring a transparent and secure purchasing experience. Therefore, we kindly ask our valued customers to carefully read this policy before completing any purchase.

1. Nature of Digital Products
   All products available on our website are digital (PDF books) and are delivered instantly and automatically to the customer’s account upon successful payment. Hence, the refund and exchange policy for digital products differs from that of physical goods.

2. No Refund or Exchange After Download
   According to applicable laws and consumer protection standards, and due to the nature of digital products that cannot be returned or resold after delivery, we do not accept refund or exchange requests for any digital product that has been downloaded or accessed from the customer’s account.

3. Limited Refund Cases

• In the event of a genuine technical defect in the digital file (such as corruption or inability to open), the customer must contact us within 24 hours of purchase, providing a detailed explanation of the issue, so we can verify and resend the product after fixing the problem.

• We reserve the right to reject any refund or exchange request submitted after this period or without clear and documented reasons.

4. Compensation Mechanism for Accepted Refunds

• Upon approval of a refund request (based on our evaluation), compensation will be provided to the customer either by:

  • Issuing a discount code equal to the paid amount, valid for 30 days only, or

  • Replacing the product with another digital product of equal or lesser value.

5. Non-Refundable Products

• All activation codes and digital products that have been delivered and downloaded are non-refundable under any circumstances.

6. Administrative Fees

• In case of refund via bank transfer or electronic payment methods (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Mada, etc.), the company retains 5% of the refunded amount as an administrative fee for processing the refund.

7. Proof of Delivery

• The company maintains accurate records documenting the delivery of digital products to customers (including file download details, download time, IP address), which serve as legal evidence in case of disputes with payment gateways such as PayPal.

8. Policy Acceptance

• By completing a purchase through our website, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full, and recognizes that digital products are subject to a special refund and exchange policy different from physical products.
